AS Web Solutions only processes the information you send through contact forms, pricing forms or direct email. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, clarify project needs and prepare a potential proposal.

What information is processed?

• Name, email, telephone number and company name, if you provide them.
• Project description, budget thoughts, form answers and other information you write yourself.
• Technical delivery information from email and hosting providers when forms are sent.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to answer enquiries, provide project advice and handle potential agreements. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries and, where relevant, preparing an agreement.

Data processors

The website uses Netlify for hosting/serverless functions, Resend for sending form emails and Google Analytics 4 for basic visitor statistics. Standard email hosting may also be involved in subsequent dialogue. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Storage

Enquiries are stored for as long as necessary for the dialogue, proposal process, documentation of agreements or legal obligations. You can always request deletion when there is no longer a legitimate need to store them.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your information. Write to alexander@aswebsolutions.dk to exercise your rights.

Cookies and tracking

The website only uses Google Analytics 4 for statistics if you actively accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. The statistics help understand general use of the site, including page views and selected events such as form submissions, email-link clicks and important call-to-action clicks. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies after consent. If advertising or additional third-party tracking is added later, this policy and any cookie solution should be updated.

You can change or withdraw your consent using the “Cookies” button in the footer or the button below. If analytics is declined, Google Analytics is disabled for the current browser and known Google Analytics cookies are cleared where possible.
