Terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions describe the general framework for projects, support and consulting at AS Web Solutions. The specific agreement, price and deliverables are always set out in a written proposal or project description.

Services

AS Web Solutions provides custom websites, custom web applications, customer portals, dashboards, technical SEO, support and technical consulting.

Proposals and prices

Prices on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on scope, functionality, integrations, content, design needs and schedule. A project starts only when the proposal, scope and payment plan have been accepted in writing.

Payment

A payment plan is agreed per project. For larger projects, payment can be divided into milestones. Hourly work is invoiced according to the agreed hourly rate and recorded time.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for providing necessary materials, feedback, access to relevant systems and approvals within a reasonable time. Delays in materials or feedback may affect the schedule.

Rights and ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, the client owns the custom-developed code and material produced specifically for the client once the agreed payment has been completed. Third-party libraries, open-source packages, hosting, domains and external services are subject to their own licence and usage terms.

Support and maintenance

Support after launch depends on the specific agreement. If no ongoing support agreement has been made, further development, bug fixes and technical help are invoiced under a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

AS Web Solutions works towards stable and secure solutions, but cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, specific revenue, uninterrupted third-party operations or results that depend on the client’s market, content, competition or external platforms.

Confidentiality

Information, access data and project material are handled confidentially. The client should only share necessary access and should change passwords when the project is complete, where relevant.

Changes in scope

New requests, extra features or changes outside the agreed scope are priced and approved separately before the work is carried out.
