Sporting Health Club: Custom Staff Dashboard.

The business challenge

Staff administration for more than 50 employees was handled manually in spreadsheets across 7 departments. This created data silos, administrative work for management and a high risk of human error.

The technical solution

A custom internal web application with role-based access for admins, managers and staff. The solution centralises data, supports approval processes and gives employees an intuitive mobile interface.
